Ordering Information.

Ordering 'Quit Smoking Hypnosis' by Imagine Me Media is easy. Just Click on the 'Buy now' button and you will be taken to the shopping cart on a secure PayPal page. You can then pay securely with most types of Credit/Debit cards.

(You do not need to have a PayPal account, although you can easily set one up if you want to.

We dispatch your order within 24 hours on weekdays. All orders placed at the weekend are dispatched first thing on Monday morning.

MP3 downloads are also purchased using Paypal. Once you've completed the easy payment process, an email is sent to you containing a download link for the files. This link is active for 48 hours, so there's plently of time to download the files.
In the unlikely event that you can't download the files, don't worry we'll reactivate the links and sort out the problem.
(Some people prefer to use their '2nd' or 'other' email account rather than their personal one, when giving out their email address. This is fine - just check that the email you give WORKS for receiving email.)

DVDs
We deliver anywhere in the world; usually 2-3 days in the UK, 5-10 days to Europe and 7-10 for the USA and the rest of the world.

€2.75 to Europe
$4.00 to the USA/Canada.

2 DVDs to the same address are:-
£2.75 to the UK
€3.50 to Europe
$4.00 to the USA/Canada

eCheques
This is an option on the Paypal payment page. Please be aware that eCheques take 8 working days to clear and we don't dispatch the order until it clears. All other type of Paypal payment are instant money transfers and we dispatch the order the following morning.

IMPORTANT - Paypal will default to eCheque if your card info is out of date. So make sure your credit/debit card details are upto date if you have a paypal account.

We do not loan, give, sell or rent your email address or any of your personal information that you may provide through the purchase of merchandise or the downloading of free material from this site.

Information Collection
We request information from the buyer on our secure paypal order form. A buyer must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. Non of your financial information is see or kept by Imagine Me Media.
